"Bill and I just got home from spending the weekend in the Redwoods. We ran the 10K race this morning and I couldn’t keep myself from ChiRunning! I know I still have a lot to learn/practice but I want to brag that I ran an 8:30 pace and came in first in my age group! And that’s after nearly a year of illness and injury! Last year I ran the half marathon and took the overall masters award. In 2001, I ran the full marathon and qualified for Boston! BUT I’M MOST PROUD OF WHAT I DID TODAY !!!"
