ChiRunning FREE Talk at RENO, NV REI


Do you want to enhance your running or walking by increasing efficiency and reducing the impact of running to eliminate pain and injury? Beginners and experienced athletes will enjoy ChiRunning and ChiWalking to develop safe and effective lifelong fitness programs. The principles of T'ai Chi are applied to running and walking, but you don't need to know T'ai Chi to enjoy the benefits. Through easy to learn focuses and practice you can: improve technique, reduce or eliminate pain/discomfort and injury, promote greater distance and speed with less effort, develop great posture, strengthen core muscles without overworking them and improve balance. Please join Cheryl Lloyd, RN and Certified ChiRunning/ChiWalking Master Instructor for this interactive introductory talk where key principles will be introduced and standing posture exercises will provide a new sense of position and motion. No special attire or fitness level necessary.
