ChiWalking Clinic - FOLSOM, CA                                                                                 


Transform your walking into a safe and mindful practice that can help you move with balance, efficiency, and strength for the rest of your life. This 3 1/2 hour workshop will provide you with all the tools you need to begin to feel what it is like to be a ChiWalker. 

Video analysis is included.

Cheryl will guide you through many exercises and drills designed to leave you with a clear sense of what the ChiWalking technique feels like in your body. No matter what condition you are in you will enjoy this relaxed and fun class! We will spend time alternating between demonstrations, fun exercises and technique drills. The class will be part of the ChiRunning class that day, so if you would like to stay and learn ChiRunning you can. Once you learn the basics of Chi you may be surprised how easy running can be and be inspired to stay for the whole day!
