ChiRunning Team In ChiTraining Spring Session
![]() This 11 week program will guide your ChiRunning practice while you train for a 5K, 10K or Half Marathon on June 29, 2014. Whether you are a beginning runner or a veteran of 10Ks and Half Marathons this training series is for the athlete who is interested in improving their running form first in order to build a foundation of aerobic strength necessary for performance running. You may also train for the marathon distance, or greater but contact Cheryl first to discuss whether this program is right for you.
This program is about learning how to run properly using the ChiRunning technique which reduces the impact of running making injury less likely and running more enjoyable and efficient. ChiRunning and this series is more than just a training program. It's about learning a worthwhile practice that allows you to move and live in balance. In order to get the outcome you want you must put in the work and you must practice. This program is for you if you are willing to make space for it in your life and are open to a much different kind of coaching and training philosophy. When you register, you are promising to yourself and others in the program that you will do your best because you said you would! And we will have fun too while working to reach your goals!
